If I could give 0 stars I would! I arrived about 15 minutes before 9:00 p.m. to complete a return/exchange, but the Customer Service counter was already closed.Supervisor Shanta stated the area was closed because there was no associate available. When I asked if she could assist as a supervisor, she said she could not. I later spoke with supervisor Disire, who stated the counter was supposed to close at 10:00 p.m. While speaking with Walmart Customer Care (Mo at 1-800-Walmart), I was informed the closing time was listed as 11:00 p.m.This is not the first time I have received different closing times for this counter at this location. The inconsistency caused me to be unable to complete my return/exchange. I am requesting that Walmart review this store’s Customer Service procedures and hire supervisors who can assist in all areas.

Aggressive workers fall. When I went to the self-service checkout, I was blocked by assistant (woman in red) because I don't have an account (I have an account). When I changed the checkout, I was told that someone was in line before me, but I was the first. The whole situation looked like the reason was that I am white!

Their fruitique icecream is 70 cents cheaper than CVS! Customers lining for counter check-out were very rude, the lady behind us at self-checkout was nice, she taught us how to pay with a chipped card.

Walmart has the best produce!! Most of our groceries come from Walmart— their produce is great. I make these smoothies every week for breakfast and the fruit can last close to two weeks and the veggies longer! Although, prices are inflated when we spend our money here we are getting the most out of every $ spent. I highly recommend the Walmart+ app OMG!! It is the best— you avoid long check out lines, overcrowded stores and traffic. The groceries are delivered to your door, the food prices are not higher than if you go into the store yourself, they send you alerts about your order, you can chat with the shopper, you can schedule ahead of time and sometimes within 1-3 hours! It’s only $12 a month — it is worth it! Thanks to Walmart for being considerate of their consumers and keeping fair prices. Please do not change that part of your business model. Remaining integral to your consumers will keep your consumers loyal! Thank you!!

I went to Walmart and had a pretty normal experience overall. The store had a lot of things to choose from, and there were several good promotions throughout the aisles. It wasn’t anything extraordinary, but it was convenient, and I found what I needed without any issues. A regular, easy shopping trip. 😅
